Sea cliff rock climbing is a great way to have some real exposure and is extremely exciting when you have the sea crashing beneath you! This course runs in Pembrokeshire, home to 4,500 of the best sea cliff climbs in the UK, and can be tailored to meet your needs.

Who is this climbing course for

For climbers who have done some climbing outside and want to progress at sea cliff climbing. You will cover any aspects of sea cliff climbing from lead climbing skills to techniques used when climbing sea cliffs. If you've been climbing before and fancy that extra excitement from abseiling in and having the sea underneath you, then this is for you. The wild life is stunning and it is not uncommon to see seals close by when climbing.

Where next?

Would you know what to do if the worst were to happen? How to escape from a sea cliff when the tide is rising? How to abseil with an unconscious casualty? The best time to gain these skills is before you need them. Therefore the next course that we advise you to do after the Sea Cliff Climbing Course is the Self Rescue Training.
