Lisa, for many, is the first point of contact in our R&S team. Her role is to ensure all your holidays and courses run smoothly and professionally. Her primary responsibility is ensuring all our guests have a fantastic time. She also covers many areas of marketing R&S and its services.

Lisa originally started climbing in her teens. After a long break she return to climbing in 2000. She has already climbed across Europe and in West and North Africa. Lisa climbed until she was 7 months pregnant, had a short 3 month break in 2004 with the birth of her second boy and then a 10 month break in 2005 due to a paragliding accident in which she broke her back in three places. Lisa, being the strong minded person she is, proved all the doctors wrong and is now fighting fit and back climbing, constantly working her physical and mental strength to improve her grade.

Lisa has been with R&S since 2002 both in the office and occasionally at the crag assisting with some of our larger groups. She loves speaking to all our clients answering all your questions and making sure you have the most amazing time on your holiday.
