Jack Griffiths - MIA

I was born and brought up in London and found rock climbing at the age of 14 at summer camp and instantly fell in love. I have been working in north wales, the peaks and in london climbing walls for 6 years in subjects ranging from rope management to performance coaching.

My climbing experience range from Norwegian Ice Climbing, French Alpine assents, sport climbing in Australia ands all over europe. My real passion is for British Traditional Climbing whether on multi pitch mountain routes, sea cliffs or short sharp grit stone edges.

Like all the instructors at rock and sun I do all my own stunts!
