Meet the Staff - Bruce Blagden

Bruce is 34 years old and has been climbing since 1998, and qualified as an SPA instructor in 2003.  Bruce has climbed all over England and Wales and has also climbed in Spain and the USA.

I love introducing people to climbing, it hardly feels like a job as I enjoy my work so much.  I especially like working with Rock and Sun as the people that come on the courses are so keen to learn about climbing.  I get a great deal of satisfaction from giving people the skills to go out take part in a sport that I love.  I decided to become an instructor after going on a Spanish climbing course with Rock and Sun and have never looked back.
