Trad Climbing Improver

Overview Locations Gallery Testimonials

Trad climbing workshops to suit...

Further refine your trad climbing skills and lean to lead with confidence in your placements and climbing ability. It is quite common that we can climb decent grade sports climbs with confidence whilst maintaining a focus on our climbing technique, but when we climb a trad climb of the same technical ability we lose that confidence and our focus moves more to the worry of gear placements.

The trad improvers course will teach you how to compose yourself better on traditional climbs, maintaining focus on your technique. You will learn to place and trust many types of gear placements whilst developing your climbing technique and rest positions that are so crucial to maintaining climbing flow on trad climbs.

Who's it for?

For climbers who have done our Learn to Lead - Trad course or climbers with single pitch trad climbing experience who would like to further refine their trad climbing skills.
