The first of the Performance Coaching levels is for all those who already climb at any level (grades F4 - F6a+) wishing to address the foundations of technique training. This is also suitable for novice climbers. You'll be learning efficeint climbing skills from the beginning, start as you mean to go on...

• 5 days instructed and coached climbing

• 7 nights self-catering accommodation
