  • How do I reclaim my voucher?

    Easy, just visit www.rockandsun.com/more/redeem-vouchers

  • How to I give a voucher to a friend?

    Once you've purchased your voucher we will send you a great looking PDF voucher that you can print to put in a birthday card or forward electronically. Or you can just keep it for yourself!

  • How long is my voucher valid for?

    Cash vouchers must be used to book an activity that starts within 24 months from the time of purchase unless otherwise stated when buying the voucher where this period may be extended or reduced.

  • What can Cash Vouchers be used to buy?

    Anything that is advertised on the Rock & Sun website.

  • Can this Cash Voucher be used in conjunction with other deals and offers?

    Yes, your voucher will take its value off whatever price (including reduced prices) is advertised on the Rock & Sun website and can be used in conjunction with any other voucher or offer. The only time you can not use your voucher is in the special circumstance where you have negotiated an unadvertised holiday deal price with the Rock & Sun bookings office.
