These Executive Development Team Building Courses are aimed at corporate companies looking to develop and nurture the performance of their executive personnel, the course uses new and invigorating peak performance techniques - including some developed for training army personnel - to help people overcome a whole range of confrontations

The Team building courses are held at a truly inspiring location in the Vall de Lagaurt, Costa Blanca, Spain , surrounded by mountains and deep gorges and the last strong hold of the Moors until 1609, it's a place where time has almost stood still.

Participants will be based at the Hotel Alahuar, which is situated in the heart of the Vall de Lagaurt some 550m above sea-level just outside the rural village of Benimaurell . With views of the sea and surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery, the hotel offers a comfortable, relaxing environment, excellent local cuisine and all rooms have individual features with panoramic views.

Using this stunning backdrop, the team building course is designed to be:

David Baggaley MIC MBE Course Director David's role is to create and tailor the tasks set, as well as run the actual courses themselves. David was the Chief Instructor in Adventurous Training Courses for the Royal Navy, Army and Air Force. He has a strong successful track record in motivation, leadership, team building and management skills, not only with military personnel, but with groups and individuals from banking, building society, energy, legal and medical backgrounds amongst others.		Lisa Denning Lisa's role is Contacts Manager and to ensure your every need is met. Lisa also plays a role in course content development and support to team leaders and the clients during each of the team building courses. Lisa has over 10 years experience in the creation of communication programmes for Global brands and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the corporate environment.
