The Performance Coaching Courses are for everyone and are here to maximise & develop your climbing ability & enjoyment, what ever your climbing experience. All the levels include instruction and have a primary focus on key elements of coaching, including technique; balance, movement, physical & mental development. What ever your present climbing grade, with each level you will see, experience and learn a wide range of efficient techniques and skills to increase your confidence & performance. There will be plenty of practice and consolidation on each level allowing you to take away a great understanding of what you have learnt so you can continue to develop this in your own time.

As you complete each level you can expect to see your grade, confidence & performance soar. The Levels can be completed over as many months/years as required and to keep you focused you will be given a consolidation pack to help you fully develop your completed level and prepare you for the next level.

Our Performance Coaching courses have been designed & developed by a team of highly qualified, dedicated and passionate climbers. The courses have been tested on a number of people with varying climbing ability to ensure each course is the very best for everyone. The Instructors are all accomplished experienced climbers and you also get the additional benefit that they are all professional, qualified and experienced Instructors. This means that they know how to climb and most importantly they know how to teach you to climb. Chief Coaching Instructor Chris Newton-Goverd is also qualified Neuro Linguistic Practitioner and has included elements of this within the courses. So you can expect each course to surpass your expectations.

Which level is for me?
These courses are for everyone whatever grade you climb or experience you have. You can enter any level that you think will cover the skills you need, click on the images opposite for more info on the syllabus and pre-requirements for each level. Although we do recommend starting at level 1 and working your way through the levels, you will be amazed at how much you will learn and progress giving you the complete experience.
